"Packaging was just okay"
I got my order from allheart and the items themselves were fine, but the packaging wasn’t great. The box was a little crushed, and one of the item bags was kinda loose inside. Nothing was damaged, which I’m glad about, but it didn’t feel super secure. For the price, I’d expected a little more care with the packing. Not awful, just average

I was expecting the shipping to be higher based on how it looked at first, so I felt a little misled going into it. In the end, though, I actually paid less than I thought I would, so the shipping cost turned out to be fair

"Wish I hadn’t worried about the refund"
I had to send an item back and figured the refund would drag on, so I kind of stressed about it for no reason. Once they received the return, the money came back quickly. No chasing anyone or dealing with a bunch of hassle. I only wish I’d known it would be that smooth from the start

"Inventory info didn’t quite line up"
I ordered two scrub tops because both were listed as in stock, but the next day one of them got cancelled. The refund went through without any issue, so that part was fine. I just noticed the pattern of the site showing availability that didn’t match what could actually be shipped, so I hope they tighten up the inventory accuracy a bit.

The fabric is really soft and stayed comfortable all day. It wasn’t itchy or stiff at all, which is basically all I ever want from clothes. Anything that feels this easy to wear is usually a win for me, so yeah, I’d definitely buy it again.

"They have so many cute scrub styles..."
They have so many cute scrub styles that I got a little overwhelmed in the best way. I wanted to add half the site to my cart. The only downside was checkout felt kind of clunky, and for a second I felt like I was battling it just to place my order. Still, the selection is really good

"Surprisingly sturdy scrubs"
I wasn’t totally convinced when I first got these because the fabric felt a little lighter than I expected, but somehow they’re still holding up really well. I’ve washed them a bunch of times and they haven’t fallen apart or gotten weird. Not sure I’d call them the softest scrubs ever, but durability-wise, I’m impressed.

"Pretty easy site, just a little slow sometimes"
I was on allheart.com looking for scrubs, it was easy, easy to figure out. The categories were clear, and the filters actually helped me narrow things down without feeling like I was clicking around forever.
The only downside was that a few pages loaded kind of slow for me. Not terrible, but slow enough that I noticed. Also, when I went back from a product page, it got a little annoying here and there.
Checkout was simple though, and I didn’t feel confused at any point. Overall, I’d say it’s a good site, good site, just needs to be a bit smoother

"Checkout was quick and easy"
I found the scrubs I wanted quickly, and the checkout page loaded right away. I used PayPal and didn’t run into any issues, which was a relief. I also liked that the shipping cost showed up before I had to pay, so there were no surprises. Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience

I ordered a couple of scrub tops from allheart because I was mainly paying attention to the price, and they were cheaper than most other places I looked. Shipping took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but i wasn’t too focused on that since the deal was good. The quality is decent for everyday work scrubs, nothing fancy, but they get the job done.

These scrubs fit me really well, and that makes a big difference during a long day. When you’re moving around and trying to stay focused on the work, it’s nice not to be distracted by clothes that feel off. No complaints from me.

"Coupon actually worked, so I’m not complaining"
I found a coupon right before checking out and didn’t expect much from it. Then it actually worked and knocked the price down on my scrubs, so my mood changed fast. Shipping was just regular, nothing special, but whatever, the discount made it feel worth it. I’d order again.

My scrub top ended up being on backorder, so it took longer than I was hoping for. That said, they did send email updates and it shipped when they said it would. Not a perfect experience, but I got my order in the end and customer service was decent.
